Login if you're already registered, otherwise click "Register", fill in the registration form and then login with your email address and the password you've chosen.
On the right side of the screen a "Shopping area" window will appear.
Choose the products you wish to buy by clicking on the cart icon, products will be shown in the "Shopping area".
Click on "Checkout" to confirm your order.
Step 1: confirm the delivery address.
Step 2: choose your preferred shipping and payment methods.
Step 3: the system shows the packaging and shipping costs; here you can request the invoice (VAT number required).
Step 4: order recapitulation. If needed, write your comments (i.e. preferred delivery time for the Express Courier).

Payments can be done with credit card, PayPal or anticipated postal money order (only in Italy).
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI, BANKPASS, PAGOBANCOMAT, MOBILMAT.

Credit card payments are made using the Gestpay System of Banca Sella SpA, and are protected with an encrypted SSL connection. The transaction and all of the information provided are transmitted in a totally secure and private way.

The payment will be subtracted from your bank account only when the goods are dispatched. The payment amount will exactly reflect the goods dispatched, so if some of the items were not available at the time of purchase, you will not be billed for them.

Make the postal money order out to: Sonic Solution Entertainment srl - Via Bolivia 2 - 20096 Pioltello (MI). State your product number on the postal money order. Your product order will be sent out after the postal money order has been received.

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday.

Shipment methods: recommended mail and/or express courier, depending on the destination country.

It is possible to choose between the available shipping methods for the destination country during the check out process.

Shipping costs and dispatch time will be shown in the “STEP 2 - Shipping and payment methods and costs” check out window before order confirmation.

If Express Courier delivery is choosen, please be sure that somebody will be present at the destination address, otherwise the extra stock handling costs due to pending delivery will be charged to the customer by the Express Courier itself. It is usefull to specify a preferred delivery time during the "Step 4 - Confirm order" of the checkout process, in the "Notes and comments" area.

A tare of 100gr will be added to each package.

If you require an invoice for the goods purchased it must be requested during the ordering process through our website.

It is necessary to provide your VAT number.

Under no circumstances may invoices be issued after the ordering process has been completed.
